"Rising Stars" is a basketball reality show about 10 to 12 years old girls and boys attending a basketball camp  to master their basketball knowledge and talents; to develop as better players in a very competitive environment.

At the end of the season; after an exhibition match against professional players at their age, most hard working and talented players of the camp during the season are selected to play in a professional basketball team next season.
